I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management, and I am also a licensed financial advisor. In addition, I am a certified etiquette consultant with more than 20 years of experience in etiquette management and professional presence.

One of the greatest honors of my career was serving as a direct protocol officer to the First Families at the Presidential Palace in Haiti. That experience shaped my understanding of poise, discretion, and the true art of protocol at the highest level.

Today, I am the founder and CEO of 1st Serv Group LLC, and my journey has also led me into the world of literature. I am the author of two novels—both dear to my heart—with my second book becoming a #1 Best Seller in the Caribbean Novel category on Amazon, a blessing I will always be grateful for.

Beyond my professional life, I am a proud mother and, most importantly, a woman of faith. My relationship with God grounds me, guides me, and fuels my passion for serving others. Volunteerism and community impact are central to who I am, and I remain committed to uplifting the Haitian community and everyone God allows me to reach.
