  • Personalized, engraved, or custom-made items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective:

  • Provide your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry.

  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons).

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-15 business days to your original method of payment.

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of damaged or defective items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
