Return Policy for 1st Serv Business Etiquette
We aim to provide valuable and engaging classes, workshops, and Zoom sessions. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your experience, please review our return policy below.
1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled start time of the class or workshop for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled start time will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time or for missed classes.
2. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at info@1stservbusinessetiquette.com at least 48 hours before the class or workshop. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the start time will incur a rescheduling fee of 50%..
3. Technical Issues
For online classes (such as Zoom), we are not responsible for technical difficulties on your end, including but not limited to poor internet connection or device malfunctions.
If you experience a technical issue on our end that prevents the class from taking place, you will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future session.
4. Class Cancellation by Us
In the rare event that we need to cancel a class or workshop, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original method of payment after we receive your cancellation request.
